    Portrait by Walter William Ouless (1848-1933), University of Dundee, Tayside Medical History Museum Art Collection.
    A committee of leading citizens in Dundee commissioned Ouless to paint Dalgleish’s portrait to be presented to the city, and this replica was commissioned by the board of directors at Dundee Royal Infirmary to hang in their board room.

      The remains of Sir William Ogilvy Dalgleish, Bt., were interred yesterday afternoon in Errol Churchyard. A service was held in Errl Parish Church, and there was a large attendance of mourners.
